Rajnikanth Set For A Record

Everyone knows soon to bereleased Endhiran by Shankar, starring Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, could be one of the biggest blockbusters ever. And keeping that in mind, City Limits, a multiplex in Chennai, has prepared a grand welcome for the film.

The multiplex has 30 cinemas and is planning 150 daily screenings of the film that is, every theatre will have five shows of the movie.

No film has ever had this kind of an opening. When Karan Johar’s Kaal had 13 daily shows at the Fame Adlabs multiplex years ago, everyone had called it a record.

But compared to what Rajni is about to achieve, that looks like nothing.

Apart from Rajni and Aishwarya, the major attraction of the movie is that it has music by Oscar- winner A. R. Rahman. The movie also stars Bollywood actor Danny Denzongpa.
