Nagarjuna To Do 'Adi Shankaracharya'?

The handsome hero Nagarjuna has already made his mark in a devotional role when he came up with movies like ‘Annamayya’ and ‘Sri Ramadasu’. Now, the news is that he is likely to take it a step further and come up with something even more spiritual and contemporary.

Sources say that Nag is contemplating on taking up a project that deals with the life of the great Adi Shankaracharya. Recently, he met up with the noted director K Raghavendra Rao and it is heard that sometime back, the noted writer J K Bharavi had approached KRR with the script for Adi Shankaracharya.

While the script is reportedly looking okay, it is heard that a formal round of dialogues need to take place to materialize the project. While some of Nag’s fans are finding it hard to see him like a monk, given his versatility, it could well be that he might take this up and prove a point.
