Mrs Dhoni is not interested in cricket

You would think the girl who marries a cricketer is as interested in his game as she is in him. But that logic does not hold good for Mrs Dhoni.

Sakshi Singh Rawat is not a cricket freak and that probably explains why the 21- year- old was never seen at any of the matches where Dhoni was playing.

So what if she wouldn’t see his matches, Dhoni instead went to meet Sakshi when she was pursuing hotel management in Aurangabad whenever he got time off between IPL matches last year.

Her friends describe her as an “incurable romantic”, who loves watching mushy films. She has watched Robert Pattinson’s Twilight at least 10 times and Friends is her favourite TV show.

Maybe that’s why her cocker spaniel is named Joey! Sakshi finished her internship with the Taj a year ago and has been working for an NGO since then.
