The elder sister of Kim Kardashian, Kourtney said that she had become "obsessed" with her diet and exercise regime in a bid to regain her bikini body after giving birth. The new mother went to extreme measures in an effort to get in shape for her first magazine bikini shoot following the birth of son Mason, reported Daily Mail online. But after dieting fanatically and exercising twice a day, the exhausted reality TV star collapsed while running along the beach.
The entire episode was caught on camera for her reality show Kourtney and Khloe take Miami. The 31-year-old brunette had to be hooked up to an intravenous drip."I was just running down the beach like I always have been lately. And then I just woke up," she is seen telling
"I’m so embarrassed that I punished my body for a photo shoot. I’ve been obsessing about this weight thing a little too much," said Kourtney.
The star, who gave birth to her first child in December, went on to appear on the cover of American magazine Life&Style in a red bikini in March.
