Jagan’s ‘Family’ Sentiment Fails To Work

The unfortunate death of Y S Rajasekhar Reddy has not only brought chaos to the entire state of Andhra Pradesh but also to his own family. YSR’s son Jagan who was living like a prince during his father’s regime is today facing an uphill battle amongst the Congress camp that his father had controlled so long.

Something like an ‘Odarpu Yatra’ is also facing a huge challenge for him now. Apparently, Jagan was keen on taking forward his yatra on the birth anniversary of YSR on July 8th but reports have arrived that this has been turned down by the Congress high command.

Determined not to give up, it is heard that Jagan had to get his mother and sister to have a word with ‘Madam’ Sonia. But then, the outcome is reportedly the same. While it is not sure what the next step would be, close followers of Jagan say that the yatra will take place though the family thing didn’t work out with the high command.
