Jagan sharpens his anti high command voice

Upping the ante against the Congress high command, Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy sharpened his voice further on Saturday, making a scathing attack on the leadership, albeit without taking any names, for restricting the MLAs from participating in his Odarpu Yatra.

His comments on Saturday were more pungent compared to the last couple of days. “A large number of MLAs were desperate come and join the Odarpu Yatra, but they were completely restricted. They are completely suffocated and feeling mentally tortured. They were forced to send their children, relatives and friends to participate in the yatra. I was told the Congress MLAs and ministers from East Godavari were also asked not to follow me. They have a lot of affection towards me. How is it justified to stop them? What crime have I committed?” he asked.

The Kadapa MP also accused the government and the party leadership of not allowing the MLAs to go their respective constituencies to celebrate YSR’s birthday. “It hurt me a lot and caused deep anguish to my heart,” he lamented.

Jagan’s latest comments indicate that he is provoking the high command to take action against him, so that he would gain more sympathy among the people.
