Jagan is still a college boy

Chief Minister K Rosaiah, who is known for outwitting the opposition parties with his witty and sarcastic remarks, is using similar technique to run down Kadapa MP Y.S Jaganmohan Reddy these days.

A couple of days ago, Rosaiah and Jagan happened to meet each other at the engagement ceremony of small scale industries minister D.K Aruna’s daughter Snigdha with Karthik Reddy, son of Nellore MLA Anam Vivekanand Reddy at HICC. Though both Rosaiah and Jagan exchanged pleasantries, they did not talk to each other much.

However, Governor E.S.L Narasimhan spotted this embarrassing situation. He pulled the hands of Rosaiah and Jagan and sat between the two. Being a jovial person, the Governor tried to ease the situation remarked that Jagan was looking pretty young in the new clothes that he wore for the function. He turned to Rosaiah and said: “Don’t you think so? Jagan looks like a college student.” Rosaiah immediately reacted: “No doubt about that. Jagan is still a student.” The Kadapa MP understood Rosaiah’s observations, but he had no words to react. He kept an embarrassing smile and remained silent.
