Rs 100 Cr Loss With 2 Big Heroes

Slated as one of the giant banners in the Bollywood circuit, the Adlabs has been making its mark by coming up with some big budget ventures. However, with big ventures come big risks as well and that is something they must have learned now due to their recent experience.

Apparently, Adlabs bought the much hyped film ‘Kites’ for Rs 120 crores and ended up with a huge loss. However, they were positive that they could make up for it with the even more branded and double hyped movie ‘Raavan’ made by Mani Ratnam.

However, even that has also turned out to be a damp squib leaving the big banner in the lurch. Sources now reveal that due to ‘Kites’ and ‘Raavan’, the Adlabs banner has lost a whopping Rs 100 crores approximately. Better luck next time folks.
