Roja worried about Congress party

Film actress and former Telugu Mahila president R K Roja has expressed concern over the political uncertainty in the state.

In a brief chat with media in Srikakulam, Roja said the Congress party plunged into crisis after the death of Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and there was a leadership crisis in the party. “I will definitely stage a comeback into active politics after the uncertainty is over. My first priority is for politics,” she said.

However, Roja said she would continue to act in films now and then to keep herself engaged. “I don’t think people want to see me as a heroine again. I am happy with other character roles. I really enjoyed my role in recent film Golimaar,” she said.
