Nasser in Criminal Court

Actor Nasser had filed a petition in 2006 alleging that the defendant Ramanathan borrowed Rs. 50 lakhs on the pretext of making a Bollywood film. He, however, did not keep up his commitment and failed to return the amount, he had stated in the petition. This issue was pending in a criminal court in Chennai.

The actor appeared before the court yesterday to take back the case stating that they had reached an out of court settlement on the intervention of Producers’ Council.
