The analogy of a ‘Golden Deer’ is usually used in context of Ramayana wherein Lord Ram also fell for the trap. Right now, some of the noted producers are using the same tactic to ensure that their movies run well. If you haven’t understood the concept, here is the story.

It seems that few years back, for selling the film ‘Bangaram’ the producer A M Ratnam gave the distributors an assurance that another venture has been announced ‘Satyagrahi’ with hero Pawan Kalyan and they will only get the rights. Well, the announcement was made but it ended with that only.

It is now heard that the same ploy is being used by Bellamkonda Suresh for selling his movie ‘Golimaar’. Apparently, he announced a new venture with Puri Jagannadh and Nandamuri Balakrishna but sources say that this is just to give a carrot to the distributors. Eventually, the issue will be settled with Bellamkonda giving both Puri and Balayya the token amount and calling off the venture. Let us hope all this is not true.
