No 'A' certificate on Simha Movie

It is not even a day and a half since Yuvaratna Nandamuri Balakrishna started feeling the success of his latest film “Simha,” there was a a police case against the film.

Telangana TV and Theatre Development Committee, which is hardly known to anybody so far, lodged a complaint with the Chikkadpally police on Saturday, alleging that though the Censor Board of Film Certification had issued “A” certificate to the film, the producers and distributors had not projected the same in the posters. As a result, the film which is meant only for adults is being watched by even youngsters.

Earlier, there was yet another controversy over the film. An Osmania University students lodged a complaint with the producers council that the title “Simha” had already been registered in his name and the producer of Balaiah’s film had violated the copyright rules. At least with these controversies, the film expected to run for a few days, if not weeks.
