Chiru blasts Naidu and KCR

Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi has put forth a strange argument with regard to his ongoing bus yatra for national project status to Polavaram irrigation project.

He told the media that if Telangana Rashtra Samithi’s proposed “palle baata” yatra was meant for gaining political mileage, his Polavaram tour is also for politics. “If his tour is not for politics but for Telangana, then my tour is also not for politics, but for providing benefits to the people of coastal districts,” he said.

The PRP president alleged that KCR and Telugu Desam Party president always go on tours only for political gains, but not to highlight the people’s problems. Interestingly, Chiranjeevi did not make any mention of Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy’s tours in the public. Does he mean Jagan is not doing politics?

What is more, Chiranjeevi says KCR belongs to only Telangana region. “On the other hand, I belong to all the three regions. I have no regional feelings,” he said.
