Angry Hero Won't Promote Raavan

Govinda was missing at the music launch of Raavan and his absence was noticed. Apparently, the actor is miffed about the publicity he is getting in the film.

The promos, songs, etc. are focused on Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Even Tamil star Vikram has got his fair share of limelight.

So, it is only Govinda  who plays Hanuman  who has been left out and needless to say, he feels he has been short changed.

The buzz has it that he has expressed his displeasure to Mani Ratnam and told him he won’t promote the film at all. That’s a bit sad, considering this is after a long time that he will be seen on the big screen.
