Milky beauty and Happy Days fame Tamannah is the hot heroine in Kollywood. She got the good name in Kollywood rather than Tollywood. Her recent released Tamil movie "Paiyya" is doing good business. In that movie she paired up with Karthik(Yuganiki Okkadu hero).

That Tamil movie is dubbed into Telugu as "Awara" and it is releasing on May 7th in Telugu. Tammana is earning nearly 75 lakhs to One Crore for a movie in Kollywood has reportedly entered into the real estate business. As per the sources she is in talks with a construction company to buy many apartments in Chennai. She wants to buy them and later sell them at a higher price. She also is said to be looking for lands to buy in Chennai.
