Sania Shoaib decided to wed on April 15

The much talked about couple Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik made their first public appearance together yesterday to clear the dirty talks doing round the latter's alleged marriage to one Ayesha Siddiqui. They looked comfortable together and declared that the wedding would take place as scheduled on April 15.

Sania said that there is no reason to postpone the marriage. She added that she has faith in Malik and that he never keep her family in dark on the controversy.

Malik said that Ayesha wanted cheap publicity and has been emotionally blackmailing them. He added that he would not apologise to her, as he has done nothing wrong. He went on to say that he is co-operating with the police, who are currently investigating on his alleged first marriage.

Meanwhile, Ayesha's family has filed a FIR against Malik for cheating and harassment. They alleged that Shoaib married Ayesha way back in 2002.
