Jagan loyalists start praising Rosaiah

Following the reports of patch-up between chief minister K Rosaiah and Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, the latter’s supporters have now started praising the chief minister.

Nellore rural legislator Anam Vivekananda Reddy, prominent among Jagan’s loyalists, was all praise for Rosaiah for effectively handling the communal riots in the Old City of Hyderabad. “The chief minister has effectively managed the law and order situation in the old city despite his preoccupation with the budget session,” he said.

He ridiculed the statements on some Congress leader’s role behind the communal violence and took pot shots against party leaders who made such allegations. He also maintained that there are no differences between the CM and Jagan and the propaganda about gap between them is a creation by the vested interests.

On the proposed reshuffle and expansion of the cabinet, Vivekananda Reddy said it was the prerogative of the Chief Minister and the Congress high command. All the reports related to the subject are wild imaginations of the media, he said.
