Chiru welcomes Jayaprada into PRP

Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi seems to be interested in adding glamour quotient to his party to improve his image.

On Tuesday, Chiranjeevi welcomed Samajwadi party MP Jayaprada into the party. Reacting to reports that Jayaprada is interested in playing active role in the Andhra Pradesh politics, the PRP president said if she was willing, he would welcome her into his party. “She is a very popular leader and has a lot of following in the state,” he said.

However, as the things stand now, the question of Jayaprada joining the PRP might not arise, as the reports indicated that she had already tilted towards the Telugu Desam Party.
