India’s tennis sensation Sania Mirza is all set to marry Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik next month.
Pakistan news channel Geo TV broke the news first, which was later confirmed by family sources. “The news is confirmed. The wedding will take place in Hyderabad next month,” Sania’s father Imran Mirza told the media.
He said after the marriage, the couple would be based in Dubai. The announcement came almost two months after Sania broke the engagement with Hyderabad businessman Sohrab Mirza on the pretext of incompatibility. Now, the news is that the engagement was called off after Sohrab came to know about Sania’s affair with Shoaib Malik.
According to reports quoting Geo TV, Shoaib’s mother had already arrived in Hyderabad and had talks with Sania’s parents to finalise the marriage. The cricketer is expected to land on April 10.
