Naidu writes scripts and directs

It is quite sickening to see how Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu is playing his dirty political game these days.

At a time when Free Zone for Hyderabad issue was all set to snowball into a major political issue for the Rosaiah government once again, Naidu continued to play his double game sitting in his chambers in the assembly. Instead of attending the floor leaders meeting convened by Rosaiah, Naidu sent two leaders each from Telangana and Rayalaseema to present conflicting stands on the same issue.

And when there was unanimity in adopting a resolution in the assembly against the free zone issue, Naidu played the game again. He held separate meetings with Telangana and Seemandhra MLAs in his chamber. 

While he instigated the Seemandhra MLAs to oppose the resolution, he asked the Telangana leaders to demand for the same. And leaders from both the regions were only shaking hands with one another and moving together. “We don’t’ have to do anything. Our leader does everything: writing the script, dialogues and even does direction. We are just actors in the whole drama,” a TDP legislator told media persons in the assembly lobbies.
