Mahesh buys house for his Girl friend

After going public with their relationship, ace couple Lara Dutta and her latest beau Mahesh Bhupathi have decided to take their affair to an all-new level.

Ditching the age-old adage of ‘distance makes the heart grow fonder’, Bhupathi has decided to shift his base from Bangalore to Mumbai so that he can stay close to the apple of his eye, Lara. After this the couple sure seems to be moving up the commitment ladder.

Sources state that Bhupathi has rented a flat in Nibbana building (Pali Hill), which is less than ten minutes away from his lady`s residence at St Paul`s Road, Bandra.

What’s interesting is that Lara had even accompanied her beau to Nibbana when he took the final decision. Confirming the news a source said, "A couple of days ago, Mahesh shifted his belongings to our building. Before he finalised the deal, he came with Lara and a real estate agent in the afternoon to see the flat on the 12th floor in B-wing. That flat belongs to Jaya Jhaveri."

And even though rumours are rife that Lara is going to move in with Mahesh there is still no official confirmation. Joyprakash Chhetry, the secretary of Nibbana building, just said, "Mahesh is in the process of shifting. His leave license agreement with us is for a year, which can be extended."
