she’s in Chennai right now, doing a Tamil movie, and a biggie at that! Kajal is currently Paruthiveeran Karthi’s heroine in his upcoming movie titled Naan Mahan Alla, which promises to be her big break in Kollywood.

“It’s a cute love story,” she gushes excitedly, “It depends heavily on the chemistry between the characters. The director (Susindran) showed a lot of promise when he narrated the story to me, and now, I’m shooting for it with a lot of concentration and involvement.”

Chennai will soon become second home for the pretty actress, with many Kollywood filmmakers eager to sign her for their movies. “There’s not much of a difference between Tollywood and Kollywood,” she says, “Both are very disciplined in their own way and except for the language, they are not much different.” Meanwhile, there’s also buzz about a Bollywood crossover on the cards. “Yes, I have got a couple of offers,” she reveals, “But, I’m not in a hurry to sign anything.”
