swamy set a chemistry B/W Karthik and Me :Tamannah

Tamannah’s road trippin’, quite literally, while shooting for Linguswamy’s Paiyya.The actress, who’s currently in Mysore for the film, maintains that the concept which is about two people who drive from Bangalore to Mumbai may be racy, so to speak, but that’s about it.

“There’s no romantic angle to the film,” says the actress, when asked about the chemistry between her and Karthi, the film’s male lead. “It’s all about how two people communicate, and in that sense, the film has shaped up very well so far. Linguswamy has done a great job in bringing out the best in terms of our performances and the movie’s content,” she adds.

She also takes a very diplomatic stand when it comes to which of the two brothers Suriya (with whom she starred in Ayan) and Karthi is the better actor. “They’re different people, each with their own good qualities, and are pleasant co-stars,” says Tamannaah.

Perhaps, she’ll get the chance to do that in other regional films. The buzz is that Tamannaah has been offered an entry into Mollywood with Campus Days. She brushes off these rumours, saying, “I haven’t been offered any Malayalam film, though I have heard about these reports. I’m happy doing Tamil and Telugu films, and don’t want to spread myself too thin by working in other languages. If I enter another industry, I’ll have to start from scratch. I’m not ready for that
