Is Chiranjeevi Irritating People?

Call it the case of blowing own trumpet or pure ego but then megastar Chiranjeevi seems to be rubbing salt on the wounds of people from his home town, Mogaltur. As it is, he is coming under heavy fire for not having visited the place even once ever since he left it and became a celebrity.

Recently, he seems to have annoyed the people in a big way during his Godavari districts tour. Chiru is said to have mentioned that Mogaltoor got worldly fame and recognition due to him and this statement has not gone down well with the locals there.

It is now being said that the locals who would be attending the meet will just mark their presence but they have no plan to vote for the Praja Rajyam Party. One hopes that Chiru refrains from such statements without doing anything concrete. After all, this is not a film and dialogues won’t work here.
