Wentz defends ‘curvy’ Jessica

Pete Wentz has slammed the critic-brigade condemning sister-in-law Jessica Simpson’s ‘curvy’ appearance in Florida.

Jessica recently shocked fans at a performance on January 25 in Pembroke Pines, Florid However, when asked about Jessica’s new curves, the ‘Fall Out Boy’ , said that people are getting too harsh on Jessica.

"I think that the media puts too harsh of a spotlight on women in general, and I think it’s a bummer," Us Magazine quoted him as telling Extra from the NFL Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Bash in Tampa, Florida.

He added: "It’s bad for young women. I see it affecting young girls who come to our shows, and that’s a bummer.

"Real beauty is on the inside, man." Not only Wentz, Jessica’s kid-sister Ashlee, also blogged her outrage on her Celebrity MySpace page.
